The hotel is conveniently located in the center of this city, right across the footpath from the main door, with access to the shopping street del corso. the hotel is situated on the top roof garden, providing a lovely and relaxing place to unwind. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was perfect, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast offered a decent selection of options, and the hotel's proximity to transportation, including the Metro at Spagna, made it easy to explore the city.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city! The location is absolutely perfect, with most attractions within walking distance or a quick taxi ride away. The old city feel of the building adds charm and character to your stay. The friendly and helpful staff go above and beyond, ensuring your safety and providing excellent service throughout your visit. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities and even a balcony or terrace to enjoy the surroundings. And to top it off, the included breakfast is a great way to start your day of exploring the city.

I was also impressed with the service provided by the staff, they were attentive and always willing to assist. I had a small issue with my room initially, but it was quickly resolved and I was provided with a comfortable alternative. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options. I had a pleasant stay at Hotel San Carlo and would recommend it to others.
